Electronic Signature Terms & Conditions

The Company (Five Star Marketing, Inc. dba LifeStyle Aviation) uses an online Electronic Signature system for documenting Agreements between the Company and its clients, employees, suppliers, service providers, contractors and management, with such entities and representatives herein referred to as the "Parties" to any particular agreement.   By using the electronic signing process and tools, the Parties to the particular agreement being signed, agree generally and the users specifically and individually agree to the terms and conditions below.

Signature format and counterparts

Each User and the Party they represent agrees that any agreement or document executed by electronic signature shall be binding between the Parties as though handwritten.

The Parties may execute agreements in multiple counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, and all of which, collectively, will constitute only one agreement.

Delivery of an executed counterpart by electronic means, email or fax shall be as effective as executing and delivering the Agreement in the presence of the other parties.
